Plan Making

Every 2 months a new preaching plan is produced which gives details of all the Sunday services that take place across the circuit. Plan Making is a time set aside to allocate preachers, lay and ordained, to the various churches.

 

Whilst some groundwork will already have been done by the circuit administrator, all available preachers are required to submit available preaching dates by this date at the very latest so that the plan can be completed as quickly and fairly as possible.

Churches requesting particular preachers for certain services, or preachers offering for certain types of services, are asked to submit requests to the circuit administrator by this date.
